Terms and conditions

• The offer period runs from 19th May 2025 to 31st May 2025

• Offer expires on 31st May at 23:59

• To qualify you must have checked into your room at Scape from September 2024 and you must be a current resident at a Scape

• Only bookings made for September 2025 for a minimum term of 51 weeks qualify for this offer

• Discount will be applied to your payment schedule as agreed in your contract for your 2025/26 Academic year booking

• Offer is subject to availability and Scape have the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time

• You cannot redeem this offer in conjunction with another promotion

• Ending your booking for the 24/25 year prior to the contractual end date during the 24/25 academic year will result in you forfeiting the rebooker discount and the week between contracts

• If you rebook your Same Room, we will not require a new damage deposit to be paid for your 2025/26 booking. Your current deposit will rollover. 

• If you book a Different Room, you will be required to pay a new deposit on 1st August 2025

• You will only be entered into the prize draw if you successfully submit the summer survey.

How to apply

When your friend is making their booking, they need to add your booking confirmation code to the referral box as part of the booking journey. Let the sales team know when your friend is making a booking, and they can help make sure the referral is added to your account.

• Referral vouchers will only be received once all relevant fees are paid and the referred friend has checked in.
