Terms and conditions

• The offer period runs from 2 November 2026 to 16 November 2026. The offer expires at 23:59 on 16 November 2026. 

• To qualify, you must be a current Scape resident and hold a booking for the 26/27 year. 

• The offer is valid on any available room and any 27/28 contract length. 

• Only bookings made directly with Scape qualify. Bookings made through third parties or agents do not qualify. 

• If you hold a full-year (51 or 52-week) contract for 26/27, your 27/28 contract will start earlier than the main check-in day, on the dates set out below, so the gap between your two contracts is shorter. This applies whichever 27/28 contract length you choose, except Leeds 45-week contracts, which start on the standard start date. All other rebooking contracts will start on the main check-in day. 

• Please note: if you end your 26/27 booking before the contractual end date, you will keep your rebooker discount, but you will lose the earlier rebooker start date (where applicable) and your 27/28 contract will start on the standard start date. This applies even if you find a replacement resident to take over your 26/27 contract. 

• If you rebook your same room, we will not require a new damage deposit for your 27/28 booking. Your current deposit will roll over. 

• The discount will be applied to your payment schedule as agreed in your contract for your 27/28 academic year booking. 

• If your 26/27 contract ends before your 27/28 contract starts, you will not have access to your room in between, even if you have rebooked the same room. Please move out fully by your 26/27 end date. A summer stay, where offered, covers this gap. 

• The offer is subject to availability, and Scape has the right to amend, withdraw or refuse the offer at any time. 

• You cannot redeem this offer in conjunction with another promotional discount, except the summer options set out under Property-Specific Terms.

Moving rooms?

If you wish to move to a different room next year, please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss your options. We will process room move requests for 27/28 as soon as possible, subject to availability, and before the offer ends on 16 November 2026. The rebooker discount applies to any available room at your current property, so you will still receive your discount if you move. If you book a different room, you will be required to pay a new deposit by 2 August 2027. 

To move rooms, you will need to be available to relocate your belongings at any time during the turnover week, which is the week before the Standard start date set out in the Key Dates. You may not have access to your new room immediately, we will reach out to you closer to the time to confirm the exact move date 

Property-specific terms

• Leeds: 45-week residents can add a summer stay at £99 per week, from July 2027 to 4 September 2027. You'll need to request it via the resident portal. It isn't added automatically. 

• Canada Water (King's College London nominations): summer stay or storage at £150 per week from 26 June 2027 to 11 September 2027, and you still get the £1,000 discount. Book on scape.com with the promo code in your email. 

• Mile End: West Block contracts are 40/41 weeks and East Block contracts are 51/52 weeks. You can move to either block. Shorter contracts can add a summer stay at £150 per week, from 25 June 2027 to 4 September 2027, via the resident portal. 

• All summer stays are paid in full, with payment due one month before the summer stay starts.

1. The promoter is Scape UK. 

1. Open to current Scape residents aged 18 or over. Scape staff, contractors and their families can't enter. 

1. Enter by completing the rebooker form at https://share-eu1.hsforms.com/263CsqP6HRxqvBDYPNGgVsQg6qxm by 23:59 on Sunday, 29^th November. 

1. Entry is free. You don't need to rebook, and rebooking doesn't improve your chances. 

1. One entry per resident. 

1. There is one prize. One winner will be drawn at random after the closing date and emailed within 5 working days. If the winner doesn't reply within 14 days, another winner may be drawn. 

1. The prize is a £500 Airbnb digital gift card. There's no cash alternative, and it can't be transferred. Airbnb's gift card terms apply. 

1. This prize draw isn't sponsored or endorsed by Airbnb. 

1. Scape may cancel or amend the draw if necessary. If it does, the prize will be replaced with one of equal or greater value. 

1. Scape's decision is final.

• The competition will run monthly from 1^st September 2026 to 31^st August 2027.

• Only current residents (at the time of submission) of Scape Bloomsbury, Scape Canada Water, Scape Guildford, Scape Hammersmith, Scape Kings Cross, Scape Leeds, Scape Mile End, Scape Shoreditch and Scape Wembley are eligible to enter.

• You will only be entered into the prize draw if you successfully submit photo or video content via the competition link.

• A winner will be chosen each competition period and contacted via email.

• The winner must reply to the email within 48 hours to claim their prize. If unclaimed, another winner will be selected.

• The winner will receive their £50 UberEATS voucher via email within 7 business days of claiming their prize.

• By entering the competition, you consent to Scape using your content on social media and other promotional activities.

• This competition is subject to availability and Scape reserves the right to amend or withdraw it at any time.

• The prize has no cash alternative or transferable value.
